V2 Blank Cartridges are unfilled “cartomizers” or “carts,” designed to be filled with V2 Platinum E-Liquid, or other formulations of e-liquids. Consumers who fill their own carts experience substantial savings. A standard blank cart fully refilled with 20 ml. (drops) of liquid is priced at $1, even lower than V2’ already low-priced flavor cartridges and much lower than a pack of traditional cigarettes.
