You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipment carrier; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This estimate includes the time your package spends in transit (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return following receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time required by your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, enter your order number and email address and click the Submit button. Then, securely package the items you are returning and ship them to items to VMR Products, 253A NE 73rd Street, Miami, Florida 33138. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Unless you are returning an item that was shipped to you in error, V2 does not cover shipping or any other costs incurred during the returns process. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
