VMR offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all Starter Kits. Any V2 Starter Kit is eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping at the time of purchase. A Return Request must be processed within 30 days from the delivery of your items to qualify. Consumable products are not eligible for a refund and we ask that you do not include these items in your return request. If your Starter Kit included consumables, we will honor the value of the Starter Kit, per the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee but ask that you do not include these consumables in your return shipment. Consumable items, including but not limited to: V2 Classic and EX Cartridges, E-Liquid, V2 Pro Series 3, Series 3X and Series 7 Cartridges, Universal Adapters, Rubber and Aluminum Drip Tips, Classic and EX refillable blanks, are NOT eligible for a refund and should not be included in your return shipment.

If you need to return an item but do not have a V2 account, please enter your order number and email address below and click the Submit button. Then, securely package the items you are returning and ship the items to VMR Products, 253A NE 73rd Street, Miami, Florida 33138. You will be notified via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item(s) for a refund. Unless you are returning an item that was shipped to you in error, V2 does not cover shipping or any other costs incurred during the returns process. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For V2 account holders, please login to your account and select Completed Orders. Find the order in question and click Return Item(s) to initiate a Return Request. Once you have confirmed the items you wish to return and the reason, a Return ID will be provided as confirmation. Please include your Return ID with your parcel so as to expedite processing of your returned shipment for refund.
You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipment carrier; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This estimate includes the time your package spends in transit (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return following receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time required by your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
